If you're having issues with a password, try resetting it using your email address (be sure to use the correct spelling). Click "Forgot Password" under the login, then follow the prompt. You should have the option to reset with your phone number.
The issue in GetHuman-minchda's own words
My account is broken. At the start of September, I was told my new checking account was approved and was sent the booklet. I mailed in the signature card and tax document included, and requested my checking account be linked to my existing savings and credit accounts through Citi. After they were connected, I transferred funds into my checking account through the website, and at the end of September, I attempted to make a withdrawal in cash at an ATM, but my transaction was declined. I called on October *st to find out why, and the first person I spoke to said that there was some vague problem with my documents that I loaded and said they needed to transfer me to someone else. The last person I spoke to said that the problem was that my signature card had never arrived, so I asked if they could send me a new copy to print off and send in. The representative said yes, and that the blank signature card would arrive in my email in a couple of days. I waited, but instead after about * days I got a confusing email asking me to send in documents showing my utility bill for September **th (A date long passed). I called the follwing day (Friday) and was on the phone with people who couldn't tell me what was going on, until one hung up on me and when I called back, the new representatives took ** minutes to tell me that the New Accounts Services offices had closed, and wouldn't be open until Monday. Monday I was not able to call during the time they were open, and today (Tuesday) I was unable to either, so I'm trying a different method of communication (Written) to try to figure out what is wrong with my account, how to log in, and how to pay my upcoming bills.
