Hi,**- I called Citi customer service around April ** to request a replacement credit card for my Citi Doublecash account.*- Roughly two weeks later, nothing came in the mail and I contacted Citi customer service again. This time, the agent cancelled my credit card, affecting a vast number of recurring payments. I was assured that I would receive the card within two business days. I didn’t.*- I called Citi customer service again and the agent resubmitted the request, again assuring me that the card would be delivered within two days. Still nothing.*** Since I’ve activated my account roughly * years ago, I spent over ***k$ on this account. I have not received an adequate level of service. At this point, I have been waiting close to a month for a replacement card. **I am asking for your help to fix this mess as soon as possible. Please escalate this complaint to someone who has the knowledge and the authority to fully investigate and remediate this issue.** I have recommended the Double Cash card to countless friends over the years. It’s a great product, if you’re actually able to use it. You are about to lose a customer forever.**Nick
