This is really a test, a precursor to my actually completing the GetHuman process. I was trying to find a message form that is reviewed by Citibank representatives and then forwarded to the proper party at Citibank for a written response to me. ... this is a test. **I have a personal and important issue to discuss with Citibank* I specifically want the entire contact in writing.*I'm using this contact form provided by gethuman.com *But I don't really have confidence in this format. I have no idea what to expect.*Wondering why Citibank no longer provides Contact Us forms on its Online Banking site so we may send a message and receive a written reply? *I now understand what GetHuman is doing. GetHuman provides this Contact form and then uses a robot to deliver it to a Citibank customer service representative. On the next page, we are requested to provide our phone number and then a rep will call us. *GetHuman's goal is to assist its users to reach a Citibank rep with minimal stress and as rapidly as possible.*I did not provide my phone number because I was just testing this system (which is very nice, not to mention efficient of GetHuman). I don't want to speak with a Citibank rep. I want to have my communication in writing. It appears that Citibank is deterring its customers from writing a message via its Online Banking. Looks like the only way to have a written record is to mail a letter by U.S. Postal Service. I'm betting that Citibank wouldn't respond in writing, rather they would telephone, which would completely deter my expectation of a written reply.
I want to get a written record of my communication with Citibank. I don't want to speak with a representative.
providing a form on Citibank's Online Banking system that would allow me to outline my very personal and important issue (which I have not disclosed here). Citibank used to provide a form for communicating with its representatives in writing, but it has removed that function * feature. As a customer who is temporarily residing outside of the country, I would be grateful for a form that allows me to communicate with Citibank in writing. The country in which I'm residing is not developed and has restrictions about making phone calls, including collect calls, outside of the country.
At least ** - ** years if I recall correctly. I also have a second Citibank account outside the USA. I have had two business accounts within the last ** years.

Sorry for any mixup. This was just a test to see what GetHuman's process is. I do indeed want to connect with a Citibank representative, but in writing, not by telephone.
