I opened an account so I can have my paychecks directly deposited as I have just begun a new job and I receive rsdi benefits as well. **My first paycheck was to be a direct deposit but the company I worked for paid me in check form for some reason. I have placed emails and phone calls to the company that paid the check but I have got no response as of today. I have tried numerous times to talk to someone about this matter at Citibank but I get the same response "You need to call back on Monday" and my family favorite by far is "There's nobody here that can help you until then " I mean really?But someone was there to sgut my account down. Take all of the money out of it and then bill me? Yet no one was there to help me? And on a Friday night mind you. Well today I got an email saying my account is being closed and still no reason why. This money was for my familys Christmas. And even though $***.** dollars isnt alot of money to the financial bully this bank seems to be...its all I had and I worked for it. So now I have no paycheck. My children dont get Christmas gifts. I worked * weeks doing a job I hated and I opend an account at a bank because I thought they had the customer in mind. All of this and I still have no reason or answer as to what the **** is going on. I was treated as if I was lying to the person I spoke too at citi. I was cut short. Denied information about my own account and now my account according to my email this morning says I am overdrawn -**.**$ WTF!!!! This bank steals my paycheck then insults me and says I owe them $**.**? My account was not overdrawn and it seems I was completely mistaken about this bank. Well i guess they can take it from my paycheck.**I dont want anything but an explanation and my paycheck. If the issue is about the check wich seems to be then why not explain that? Why just close my account and not give me my money? Why did the guy fron citi act like I had done something wrong? I am confused as to why after * days of waiting for this check to clear do i not get paid but I lose my account too? **Let me be the first to say to you Citi bank... Thanks alot and merry ******* Chirstmas.**Regretful
