I made a duplicate payment to my account this month. When I called and requested that I get a refund they said they would send me a check. They did, but it was made out to Realtor, not my name on it. My bank wouldn’t deposit it. So I spoke to several people before someone by the name of Dionne in Florida on Mon., **, Oct. who assured me that she would take care of having it sent electronically sent to my bank. Wed., **, Oct I got another check in the mail made out to Realtor. Today I spoke to Vanessa in Arizona. She said she would have the check sent electronically to my bank. This has been very frustrating, time consuming and very bad service. I’m very sorry that Costco is using you as their credit card company. I’m going to let them know my experience.
