My name is Man Kei, Seak de Almeida. I got a credit card with Citibank before. That was my fault didn’t pay the overdue payment and when I found out that, Citibank already put me on the bad credit list.*I paid the whole card immediately and informed Citibank to cancel my card. Unfortunately the bad record was still there. I approached the Equifax and they said they can help me but need Citibank to update my record with them so they can adjust my record in * working dates.*Please kindly help me to contact Equifax and informed them my overdue amount already paid and I already cancel my credit card with Citibank.*This is an urgent matter for me.
