I called Citi Saturday afternoon on February ** to make payment using my debit card. I didn't have my Citi account number with me, but my payment is due on February **. The rep asked for my full social security number. I gave it to her, but she couldn't find my account. She said she would have to transfer me to a specialist. After the transfer, I waited * minutes. Instead of a specialist, I received a recorded message stating that the Citi office was closed, but it did not give me the hours I could call back. This is inexcusable and deplorable customer service.
GetHuman-boberic did not yet indicate what Citibank Home Equity Loans should do to make this right.
