We paid our December statement on time. However, my wife had her credit card denied with a cart full of groceries on January *, ****. We called and had money deducted from our debit account for a "late" fee. A week or so later we sent in a check for two payment months. Today, our bank statement shows both checks were cashed. Will we receive a refund? The fault was the mail system, not ours. Our records should indicate we are very reliable customers. Canceling our card was unconscionable.
