I just received a bill for a membership fee for a card for my Mother that past away about ** months ago. I believe I cancelled this account. The bill shows no charges except a membership fee, which keeps increasing. When I enter the last * digits of the account shown on the bill, your worthless telephone tree system does not recognize the account. The system also does not recognize her social security number. So, there is no way to resolve the issue on the phone or online. Working with such sophisticated software at CITI cards must be awesome.
