Trying to dispute a transaction and prevent another from occurring. It is not a fraud issue, but an aggressive vendor. ALL TAKEN CARE OF! ... I am the account holder and tried disputing this situation earlier this year. Clearly emails were sent NOT to me, but to the original owner who created the website. Below is rest of story.......Go Daddy has now been notified and I am hereby telling you and notification is now supplied that NO AUTHORIZATION is Permitted to my Citibank MASTERCARD and I would still like a credit by CITIBANK as this was unauthroized last year and your own records show I was not notified.*Below is the situation and I thank you for your review and consideration.**Legal Department - Trade Mark Claims**I opened and designed a real estate website with GoDaddy to promote an apartment building and apartment sales in ****. **In **** my client paid for year two of the website due to my not being available and we did not want to hold up going to market. **Apt was sold and my client had an unauthorized charge in **** to her credit card when I should have closed the website. My client was quite sick at the time when her credit card was charged again and the charge was not authorized by her nor was she notified by GoDaddy. She subsequently disputed the charge this year and it was denied as she took too long to dispute the charge simply because she had undergone surgery.**In the meantime, the website has been utilized by someone to sell SHOES. My client should be fully refunded. **IN NO WAY SHOULD ANOTHER CHARGE BE SUBMITTED TO HER CITIBANK MASTERCARD AND THEY WILL BE NOTIFIED NEXT to block any charges to Citibank Mastercard. WHOEVER HAS BEEN USING THIS SITE IS DOING SO WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION OR PAYMENT. **MY CLIENT DESERVES HER REFUND AND WHOEVER IS USING THIS DOMAIN NAME NEEDS TO PAY FOR PRIOR MONTHS. **BUT DO NOT CHARGE ANY CHARGES TO MY CREDIT CARD OR MY CLIENTS CREDIT CARD. PLEASE REFUND MY CLIENT AND CLOSE DOWN THE WEBSITE AS THEY HAVE NOT PAID YOU AND USING THE WEBSITE UNDER FALSE PRETENSES. ** I THANK YOU.**Gregory Cooper and Moe Kue who should not be charged again.
I was sick when the first transaction occurred and tried to show them that I was not contacted by the vendor and it was an unauthorized charge.
refund and decline next time they try putting through a charge.*All done ans issueing me new card to stop automatic charges and account is noted!!!
Citibank website does NOT provide email addresses to contact customer service or to dispute unauthorized charges. So I searched all over the Citibank website and sent my isdue to the INVESTOR RELATIONS dept and someone from the CitiBank Executive Offices responded within hours via email and by phone!!!!!

Citibank has responded, but I await a call back tomorrow from a senior person in the dispute department.
