Good Afternoon **My name is Junius Wright, I am a first time user with CityBike. My wife and i took out * bikes on E ** st York ave st *:** PM on Sunday night. We road from E ** st yo ***nd and *nd ave. We had the bikes for * hour *.* miles was the distance. My wife bike was successfully put into the docks. I used dock * and my bike was not docked. I seen green light so I left it alone. The next morning I see a Email from City bike that I did not dock the bike and it wa as still out there.*I called up the Citybike number and spoke with a Lady Dinorah, she was very helpful on the next steps I should take.*I made my way back to ***nd and *nd ave to make sure the bike was there. *On dock * I tried to lock it in place and it would not connect to the dock, so I had to move it to another spot, now my bike is docked ** hours later. I called citybike back to speak with Dinorah, and she let me know there was a $*** charge for the extra time I had it out. She did give me a **% off. But i would like to know why I'm getting charged for a broken Dock.**I have photos of the dock on ***nd and *nd ave, and photos my wifes receipt of the same night.***Thank you *Junius Wright **** *** ****
