I am having difficulty signing into my WebEx account. When I attempt to log in by following the links and steps, I am met with a blank screen. Despite trying to refresh the page, restart my computer, and access it in various ways, I am unable to sign in successfully. Additionally, when I attempted to log in through another platform, my email was not recognized. Surprisingly, when I tried to create a new account using the same email, I was informed that my email is associated with an enterprise account managed by an administrator. This has left me unable to access my account through any means.

Good evening, I am reaching out to seek assistance regarding an issue we are facing with your company. We signed up for a CISCO account through our provider APISEC and our account manager Jorge GarcĂ­a three years ago. Initially, we could have up to 15 simultaneous sessions without any problems. However, since June 13, we have been experiencing frequent session interruptions every 20 minutes without prior notice. Despite requesting assistance and a report, we did not receive a resolution until June 26, when a new account was proposed to address the issue. Unfortunately, even after migrating to this new account, we are still unable to conduct multiple sessions concurrently, leading to continued interruptions every 20 minutes. This ongoing problem has had a negative impact on our client relationships as we have been unable to effectively utilize the service for two weeks without a permanent solution in sight. I kindly ask for your support in resolving this matter promptly so we can fully benefit from the service provided. I await your response eagerly. Thank you.
