I bought a monitor from Circuit City recently, but I haven't received a confirmation email yet, and my account was charged. I've been trying to reach their customer service, but it seems to be offline. I've contacted their headquarters without success and sent an email, but only got an automated response promising to redirect me to the correct department. I still have not received any further communication. I'm seeking a full refund from Circuit City. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
