On Saturday, August 18th, I stopped by the Fort Worth location at [redacted] South Highway #50 and placed an order with Vanessa for a large 1-topping stuffed pizza, 4 drinks, and 2 play cards, one worth $50 and the other $30. While waiting for our food, my daughter went to get a to-go box for our leftover pizza. Unfortunately, when we returned from playing games, our food and drinks had been mistakenly thrown away. I addressed the issue with an employee who returned the drinks and promised to look into the missing food. Despite manager Jacoby initially denying any wrongdoing, after some back and forth, he eventually brought out the correct pizza that was originally ordered. The situation was handled poorly by the manager in front of the staff, leaving much to be desired in terms of customer service.

Today, my granddaughter wanted to celebrate her 6th birthday at Chuck E Cheese in Columbia, SC. Unfortunately, our experience was far from pleasant. We encountered a game machine that malfunctioned and began spitting out [redacted] tickets without anyone inserting money, indicating a problem. I informed an employee named Jada, but received no immediate assistance. After seeking out the manager, Ronald Jones, he reset the machine. However, when Ronald returned to the front, he and another manager named Kenzie were overheard joking about the situation, which I found unprofessional and disappointing. Our group of 20 guests experienced delays, receiving the cake two hours after our arrival, which was not up to standard. This ruined what was meant to be a joyous occasion for my granddaughter. The lack of professionalism and unresponsive management at the St. Andrea Road location in Columbia, SC, has left me deeply upset. This was my first visit to a Chuck E Cheese, and it certainly did not meet my expectations. I hope for an explanation or resolution to this situation.

Hello, I bought five $25 gift cards right before Christmas as presents. When I used two at Chuck E. Cheese for my nephews on Saturday, there was an error and the cards couldn't be processed. Even after checking with corporate, the issue couldn't be resolved. I had to pay out of pocket and the unused cards were removed from their packaging. I haven't tried using the other three cards yet but anticipate the same problem. I got them all at once from the Chuck E. Cheese website. I would like a refund since I paid for two in cash and plan to give the other three as cash gifts due to the inconvenience. Thank you.

I purchased 2 60-minute cards for $38. I used one and kept the other for my next visit, assuming it wouldn't expire until I used it. However, the unused card expired, and I wasn't informed about this when I bought them. I'm disappointed because I planned to use it with my client but now can't because there are no minutes left on the card. I bought 2 cards to save money, but instead, I lost $17. It's frustrating that there was no clarity on when the time starts counting and that there was no distinction made between points and minutes on the menu or by the staff.

Good afternoon, I have been attempting to contact customer service without success. I hosted a birthday party on Saturday the 18th, totaling $[redacted]. After the event, there was a remaining balance of $[redacted]. I had 12 children attend, costing $20.99 each. In addition, I ordered 4 extra pieces for the adults, 8 drinks, and an upcharge for large pizzas. Despite spending my hard-earned money, the host's service was subpar, blaming COVID-19 for any issues, which was frustrating. I requested to speak to a manager multiple times but was ignored. The food was unsatisfactory, with insects on the pizzas, prompting me to clean up the uneaten food. I believe a refund of at least $50 for the wasted pizzas is fair. I am deeply disappointed and hope for a resolution soon.

Hello, I would like to report an incident regarding a pizza order I placed on 2/11/[redacted] around 4:30 pm through your app from the Winchester VA location. When the driver delivered the pizza, it turned out to be from a different pizza place, not yours. Despite contacting the restaurant, the situation was not rectified, and my wife had to personally retrieve the pizza, which had gone cold by then. We attempted to reheat it, but the taste was not the same, leading us to discard it. Our granddaughter, who was excited about the pizza, was very disappointed. I am seeking a refund for the large pepperoni pizza, tax, delivery charge, and tip. The payment was made using my Mastercard. Thank you, Tony C.

I noticed there is a special birthday offer for a free party for the birthday child and 12 guests. I have invited 20 of her classmates to attend, but I'm unsure of their availability until closer to the date. Can I make changes to the party if only half of the guests can attend? I want to secure the reservation before the slots fill up, but I may need to adjust the party details based on the RSVP responses.
