The Chrysler dealership in Cheshire Ma had our Vehicle twice for a few weeks at a time. They can’t and neither could two other mechanic figure out why our vehicle continues to die. They sent us a letter stating our van was still on the lot and we were going to get charged for everyday it was on the lot. We’ve had our van at home. The mechanic set up us picking it up, as there were no fees associated with the “repairs”, because they couldn’t figure it out. They left the engine cover off and in the back of the van and my ** year old non verbal autistic child fell and hurt himself when he tripped over it in the back of the van. We need to have someone who can diagnose and fix the van. We have four children. We have spent at least $*** on alternate transportation. Our loan matures in December and we own the van. We can’t afford another loan right now, and need to know what to do to fix this issue. We need to start a claim because this issue can’t be solved with the van continuing to die.
