Hello, my name is Mr. Morales, and I am an Uber/Lyft Driver currently looking to purchase a 4/5 door sedan or SUV that is accepted nationally by Uber and Lyft. I wanted to share some information I've come across during my research. In certain European countries, Uber and Lyft faced financial difficulties due to regulations that require public service vehicles to be plug-in hybrids or other alternative cars. Similarly, in England, it is mandated that by [redacted], all public service vehicles comply with specific regulations to operate legally. In the USA, vehicles like the Chrysler [redacted] and Pacifica SUVs, which have rear seating air conditioning, are considered high-end vehicles acceptable for Uber and Lyft. As a driver covering over 60,[redacted] miles annually, I am interested in purchasing a new or almost new vehicle every few years. I am currently exploring black exterior and dark leather interior sedans and SUVs that can achieve between 40 to 90 mpg. I hope that future developments include plug-in hybrid options with comprehensive warranty programs. Thank you for your time. Email: [redacted]

I believe ChryslerCapital, the company that financed my previous car lease, is unfairly charging me for damages that occurred while the car was in their possession and do not exceed normal wear and tear limits. I returned my leased [redacted] Jeep Renegade in excellent condition with 10,[redacted] miles less than agreed upon, only to find out they charged me $[redacted] for excessive wear and tear, including a barely visible bumper scratch. When I dropped the car off at Autonation Dodge Chrysler Jeep dealer, they refused to inspect the exterior, stating a third-party company would handle it. I was not informed about a pre-inspection option. After persistent calls, ChryslerCapital revealed the charges, even though I had paid for the full lease term. They auctioned the car, denying my request to rectify the wheel scratches to remove that charge. I feel powerless and believe my rights were violated due to the dealer's negligence in documenting the car's condition, lack of pre-inspection suggestions, and ChryslerCapital's failure to communicate. The excessive charge for a minor scratch is unreasonable, especially considering the car's lower mileage. It's unfair to pay for damage I did not cause, especially when they misinterpret their own wear and tear guidelines.

Good morning, I am currently at Route 18 Chrysler and Dodge for an appointment to repair the heating system in my [redacted] Dodge vehicle. My name is Richard Jackson, and I have been experiencing issues with this car since I purchased it. Upon arriving at the shop today, I was surprised to find out that they wanted to charge me $[redacted] just to diagnose the problem. I questioned the high fee since my warranty only covers the transmission. The staff then reduced the cost to $[redacted], but I still felt uneasy about the situation. When I expressed my concerns, the manager rudely asked me to leave. I am disappointed with the unprofessionalism and lack of fair treatment during this visit, especially considering I bought the [redacted] Dodge Durango from this dealership.

I'm in the process of buying a truck. The dealer sent my information to Chrysler Capital. Recently, the salesman contacted me and mentioned the interest rate would be 6.9%. I find this rate to be exceptionally high and am unsure why it is set at this level. I requested to discuss this matter further, but I was informed by an individual in the "funding department" that the credit department does not communicate directly with customers, which struck me as odd.

On May 28, [redacted], I made an error and sent a $[redacted] payment to a closed account at Chrysler Capital. Despite providing proof of payoffs and purchase agreements for our previous vehicle transactions, the money has not been refunded. Despite being a reliable customer with no prior issues, my attempts to resolve this matter have been unsuccessful. I have reached out through letters, emails, and phone calls, even speaking with a member of the Executive Team named Rico, who promised to help but has not followed through. I cannot just let go of $[redacted] that rightfully belongs to me. It is frustrating that they are holding onto my money when I no longer have any obligations to Chrysler Capital. I hope to find a resolution soon.

I had a car loan with Chrysler Capital, which I was in the process of refinancing. Due to uncertainty about the refinancing timing, I scheduled a payment for today to avoid any late fees. Yesterday, my account was closed as the new lender paid off my old loan. I assumed the scheduled payment wouldn't go through since the account was closed. Despite this, the payment was deducted from my account, which surprised me. I attempted to contact customer service, but since my account is closed, I was unable to get in touch with them.

I am seeking a review of my account and payment arrangements to restore my account's good standing. I was a victim of predatory lending at a Dodge dealership in Seaside, CA when my vehicle was illegally refinanced for more than double the amount I requested, with a 23% interest rate and unauthorized add-ons. Despite reassurances from the dealership owner, my account remains unresolved. Payments made on my behalf were incorrectly applied solely to the principal, causing me to default and face repossession. My credit score has plummeted due to this situation. I ask Chrysler Capital to restructure my contract, lower the interest rate, defer payments, and assist me in rectifying this injustice. I have diligently made payments and wish to settle this matter with your help, to maintain a positive relationship with Chrysler Capital. Thank you for your attention to this issue. Sincerely, Sergei Syx

Hello, my name is Mike. At the end of July, I called Chrysler regarding terminating my leasing contract. Initially, I was informed about paying $[redacted] for termination and a $[redacted] additional fee. However, upon receiving the invoice for $[redacted].06 plus the $[redacted] fee, I was puzzled as it was significantly higher than anticipated. After making multiple calls to Chrysler, there seems to be confusion surrounding the $[redacted] mentioned earlier. I had paid $[redacted] in cash initially, followed by seven monthly leasing payments of $[redacted].43 each. Now, facing the unexpected additional fee, the average monthly cost for this car amounts to $[redacted].9. I am seeking clarity on this matter. If the high amount had been communicated earlier, I would not have proceeded with terminating the leasing contract. Your assistance in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Mike
