I sent an email early this morning about login issues. I became a paid member on 5/2/18 and have had trouble logging in on multiple devices. I linked my account to Facebook, which now complicates things. Despite clearing cookies, the issue persists. I regret doing this and wish I hadn't. My name is Teressa Coggins, born on 11/25/67, and my email is [redacted] I am willing to provide identification to prove my identity. Feeling frustrated after paying $71 yesterday, sending several messages, and still not being able to access my account. When trying to log in via Facebook, it prompts me to set up a new account, claiming someone else already has an account (which is me). You can reach me at [redacted]. Hoping to resolve this promptly as I'm excited about potential matches I have found.

I signed up for a 6-month Christian Mingle package at $14.99 a month. However, on April 25, [redacted], I was charged the full $89.94 instead of the expected $14.99. This unexpected charge has affected my budget and bill payments. I kindly request for the extra $74.95 to be refunded to my Visa account, and for the monthly deductions of $14.99 to resume as initially agreed upon. If this cannot be done, I request that no further deductions be made for the remaining 5 months as the full amount has already been paid. I'm disappointed by this situation and would appreciate a prompt explanation and resolution. Please contact me at your earliest convenience. Thank you, M. Ramos.

Hello, I haven't had my issue resolved yet. I have sent several emails to M. Withney, but I still don't understand why my account might have been deleted or blocked. I was only a new user on the Christian Mingle network for six days and I don't believe I did anything to cause a problem. I've noticed other dating platforms like Tagged have a lot of fake profiles and scammers, but also genuine users like myself. Unfortunately, I fell victim to a scam after trusting an American man I met on Tagged, which led me to report the issue and many users in Europe, including myself, left the platform. I've encountered more scammers and fakes in America as well. If you wish to verify this, try reaching out to someone from America, military or not, on Tagged, and you will see the prevalence of fake profiles. Could you please reopen my account on Christian Mingle? Thank you.

I am urgently seeking assistance. Recently, I attempted to cancel my subscription to Christianmingle through a toll-free number, and despite requesting cancellation, I have been charged multiple times. On June 2nd, I was charged $53.97 and $38.30, and on June 14th, I was charged $50.00 and $0.40. Additionally, I noticed a charge on my bank statement from Coin Base Cheapside GB, an entity I am unfamiliar with. The representative I spoke with assured me of cancellation, yet these charges persist. I am distressed by this situation and plan to address it with my bank. I consider these charges to be fraudulent and seek prompt resolution. Please contact me at [redacted] at your earliest convenience. Thank you, Mitzi Siler.

I have a free account that I use on my laptop and cellphone, not through the Mingle app, just bookmarked online. Lately, I've had trouble logging in as I couldn't remember if I used my email or Facebook to sign up. Now, I've received an email saying my account is closed, which seems suspicious to me. When I try to log in, my profile is empty, asking me to create a new one. I would really appreciate it if I could have my account back with all my information, pictures, and messages intact. I was planning to upgrade to a subscription as I really enjoy using the platform. Just a side note, although I started using the service on July 21 or 23, I received an email thanking me for joining on July 27, which has left me puzzled. Information: - Profile Title: "CG in NC" - Name: Christine Gerds - Email: [redacted] - Phone: [redacted] The email notifying me of the account suspension was received on July 31, [redacted], at 01:49:04:[redacted]08+[redacted] UTC. I hope to hear back from you soon and that this issue can be resolved promptly so I can proceed with getting a subscription. Thank you for your help.

I am having trouble uploading my picture on the site. It hasn't worked since I signed up. I've tried the suggested solutions without success. Additionally, on Sunday 8-05-18, I was in a serious accident and had a full hip replacement, leaving me with a 4 to 6-month recovery time due to the physical nature of my job. Despite not making much money, I am grateful for my medical coverage. I had already paid for 6 months of service but cannot use it. I only have access to the site through my phone, which may be the issue. I hope for assistance with this situation I find myself in.

Over the past few weeks, I've observed some concerning behavior on my Christian Mingle profile. Unauthorized "smiles" and messages were being sent out to multiple individuals without my consent, occurring three times. I received an email from Christian Mingle notifying me of the account suspension due to suspicious activity. The email instructed me to respond to reactivate it. After I reached out explaining the situation, I was asked to provide specific personal details for reinstatement, which made me uneasy. I'm unsure if this request is legitimate or part of a security breach. I am concerned about reactivating my account and whether I can retain my remaining subscription time. Presently, I cannot log in to assess the situation.

Hello, I go by the name Jennie Hunter and I am very interested in Christian Mingle. I had a negative experience on a different dating site, where I encountered catfishing, being stood up, insulted, and inappropriate propositions after only 4 introductions. It was not the right platform for me. As a devout Christian who bases my life on the Trinity, I am 61 years old, residing in Mt. Pleasant, SC near Charleston, and have been a widow for nearly 7 years. Being an Episcopalian, I appreciate a structured worship service. I believe it is time, guided by God and Jesus, to embrace companionship, joy, laughter, prayer, and connecting with a kind Christian gentleman from the South. I am interested in learning more about Christian Mingle and would appreciate any assistance you can provide. In Christ, Jennie

Please cancel my subscription and refund my payment. I purchased it 45 minutes ago and am extremely dissatisfied. The service is subpar with repetitive profiles and minimal matches. Unfortunately, there is no available phone number for assistance. I kindly request a reversal of the $49.99 charge. The cost is excessive considering the lack of suitable matches, most of which are geographically distant. This expenditure does not align with my budget, and I cannot justify the expense for such inadequate service. Kindly address this promptly as I will not utilize the service further. Your immediate attention is appreciated. Thank you, Nicole D.

I recently signed up on this website. However, my experience has been unpleasant as the content resembles that of a pornographic site. I urgently request the cancellation of my account and a refund of $[redacted].88 to my credit card. Unfortunately, I cannot locate a phone number for direct contact. The confirmation number associated with my account is #n00bgU3QVGiq7FVqrstpQ. I mistakenly shared my personal phone number with individuals on the site who behaved inappropriately by making disturbing calls. I am appalled by this experience, especially at 68 years old, seeking genuine connections with mature individuals on your platform. Kindly deactivate my profile, close my account, and promptly process my refund. If necessary, I may escalate this issue to the Better Business Bureau (BBB). You can reach me at [redacted], Linda Faye L. I have also initiated a dispute with my credit card company regarding this transaction. I expect the reimbursement of the $[redacted].88 Holiday special without delay.

On December 17, [redacted], I signed up and paid $49.99 for my membership. However, on December 22, [redacted], I received an email from Christian Mingle stating that my email address and birthdate were updated without my knowledge. Despite being asked to change my email to continue my membership, I am unwilling to do so as I have used this email for over a decade and have confirmed its security. I do not believe the issue originated from my end, and I would like a refund and for my membership to be canceled as a result.

I have been struggling to log in despite having made my payment. The system keeps prompting me to fill in all details repeatedly, but nothing happens when I try to proceed. This has been a persistent issue that is incredibly frustrating. I haven't raised the problem frequently, as sometimes after investing time and effort, the login works. I hope to receive assistance and resolve this ongoing login trouble.

Hello, my name is Savanah. I'm new to dating websites and didn't realize I would be charged extra money if I didn't disable it. Could you please reverse the transaction? Thanks to your website, I found an amazing boyfriend named Cale, and we've been together for 2 and a half months. I know I didn't disable my account in time, so could you please reverse the transaction? Thank you very much!

I signed up for Christian Mingle three years ago and have been trying to cancel my account multiple times. Despite my efforts, I was charged $[redacted] last year and another $[redacted] recently even though I have been married for over two years and haven't used the platform in over three years. These unauthorized charges have caused issues with my bank account, leading to overdraft fees totaling $[redacted]. I urgently need assistance as my attempts to contact customer service have been unsuccessful. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I may have to seek legal recourse and involve the Better Business Bureau. My son surprised me with a 6-month membership as a Christmas gift. However, shortly after I joined the site, I was asked to change my password due to suspicious activity. I complied, but now I am locked out of my account again. I received an email requesting information, including the last 4 digits of my son's credit card, which I didn't have. My son has been trying to contact customer service for 3 days with no success. This situation is unacceptable, and if it's not resolved soon, he will consider stopping the payment.

I made the mistake of accidentally signing up for this service twice. The first time, I signed up for 6 months, and all the messages I received seemed fake. The second time, I signed up for 12 months, and now on my 11th month, I still haven't had a real conversation with anyone. I've reported the issue multiple times, but at this point, I'm losing hope. This platform has really taken a toll on my self-esteem. I won't recommend it, but I also won't speak badly of it as everyone's experience is different. I hope they can enhance the security of the site. I am hoping for a full refund.

I wanted to warn everyone about an individual who scammed me. The person goes by the name of Paul M. Steiner. He contacted me the first week of October [redacted]. Initially, I trusted him as he appeared on a Christian site. However, he led me on and scammed me out of over $[redacted],[redacted]. His email addresses are paulsteiner7744@gmail or yahoo.com, and he is also active on Skype. I am taking action by contacting the attorney general's office to stop him. I encountered a problem while trying to create a new account. Currently, I am unable to log in, as the system does not recognize my email address. When attempting to create a new account, it states that my email is already in use. The password reset is also unsuccessful as it cannot verify the email address. Despite various attempts to resolve this issue, including starting from the original signup email, I remain stuck in a login loop. I have been struggling with this for the past few weeks. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Jeff

I believe that someone has fraudulently used my financial information on your website. I am seeking assistance in identifying the account details related to a payment that was debited from my bank account. I aim to press charges and provide these details to the authorities. I have never had an account with your service or signed up for one. Even though I have asked my bank to stop the payment, they informed me that the transaction is already finalized. Obtaining confirmation that I am not the account holder will enable me to receive compensation for this unauthorized transaction. The occurrence took place on 6/26/[redacted], but the posting date was 6/27/[redacted]. Below is the transaction record, showing the deducted amount: 06/27/20 Card purchase CHRISTIANMI [redacted] ([redacted]-06-26) HTTPSWWW.CHRI CA -$49.99
