My fridge went out back in June of **** and the issue has not been solved yet. The service man you sent was slow with paperwork, and I heard nothing from your company until October I believe. The repairs you thought were to expensive so you offered me $*** for our fridge. It was a $**** fridge a short * years ago and $*** is a rediculus offer. I can’t begin to replace my fridge for the sum you offered. That was almost * months ago. I have placed a dozen calls to a gentleman named Sean Williams with you company. He doesn’t answer my calls and has never returned my calls. This is going on * months now and we are still using our garage fridge. I would certainly appreciate a response very soon*Sincerely Mike Pedersen
