Ordered online and when I got to the store she did have my order ready at the time. She then told me that here system was down and she needed my confirmation. My wife ordered and I didn't have it. Then with an attitude informed me we don't have your order. After getting my wife to send it to me the person wrote it down and said it would be * min. In * min she waves me over. She obviously didn't check the order as I had over $**.** in food and only had one bag. I said is this everything she said yes. After checking for myself the order was missing half the food. *She said with an attitude oh they didn't see the other side. Maybe if she checked it would have been caught. After waiting * more mins she comes back and said it is all here. We check the order and I leave. When my daughter opened her steak and rice bowl it had just rice in the bowl. I paid over $*.** for a bowl of rice. I called the store and spoke to the manage Brook who didn't really listen to my issue and give me a solution. She didn't even say sorry. I asked her to stop the Bull **** excuses and solve my problem. I agree the statement was over the line, but at this point it I was fed up with the terrible service. She then started to yell at me. I was given the regional managers number who didn't answer. I call your *** number and was directed to this site to complain. I think it is wrong that you can't speak to someone about an issue. I would like to hear from someone today. I am very unhappy.
