I placed an order at the wrong location(Golden Mile, Frederick, MD) and called right away. It seemed their phone was disconnected. I tried for an hour to contact them and it always ended the call from their end. I even called the other chipotle in Frederick and asked if they had the number in case I was using the wrong one, but they called also and said it was not working. I was very upset with the fact I wasn’t able to cancel my order and I would like a refund for the order that I placed.
GetHuman-allybru did not yet indicate what Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. should do to make this right.
