I haven't heard anything from the company* I sent a request online about being doubled charged for * meal and asking for a refund. The transaction occurred on ****** - I placed an order online at the ***** Louetta Rd Houston, TX *****. Once I arrived at the store to pickup my order, I was told that the order was never received. So I stepped in line, ordered and paid at the cash register. The next day both charges of $*.** are reflecting on my bank account. Please refund me my cash as I was charged twice in error. I'm very disappointed to why I have not heard anything from the company or received any updates or acknowledgement regarding my refund request
