I can not believe a well know establishment such as yours has such poor management and NO customer service. I was shocked. *Location **** S Orange Ave, Orlando, FL ***** *I was lied too by by your manager multiple times and when I caught her and called her out on it she refused to acknowledge it. *She was argumentative and combative from call number one. She has no people or problem solving skills. She was not able articulate reasonably to assist me and she did not have the maturity to admit she did not know what to do. A competent professional with people skills and customer service knowledge and training would have expressed this, admitting they "did not know" and offered to find out what the procedure was and follow up with the customer. It is amazing that companies do not give training to the fact that is okay to tell a customer "they do not know" and offer to find out and get back with them. I truly think this should be in any job training (I learned this in an interview skills class in the **'s). That was the short version. below are details I recall to best of my recollection...*The buck was passed with a lie (lie **) that your location could not help me obtain a copy of my receipt, I would have to contact the delivery service. I contacted the delivery service and was told they could not help it was the locations responsibility. Once I had the delivery service on the phone at the same time I was talking to your manager she did admit she has the food receipt. I requested the receipt be emailed to me. I was told they had no way to do that (lie **), this was the *nd to *th phone call with this manager. She could not find my receipt (I was actually mistaken in my order location and found this out the following day, my mistake with apologizes - THIS DOES NOT EXCUSE YOUR MANAGERS ACTIONS AND BEHAVIOR... By the way I had a receipt from the other location the next day - EMAILED) We ended that conversation.*I was not happy with the results and called back to your manager and was passed off to another worker... Please Know this was not an action of a manager "delegating". This was the action of a child not knowing what to do or not wanting to deal with it. **If this manager had been more cooperative and professional previously I would have thought this action to be "delegating", but with this girl I am SURE she was tired of my persistence and she did not want to deal with me any longer... or she did not know how to deal with an adult that knew she was not being truthful or helpful. The employee she passed the cal to was extremely kind and helpful... so I thought. I found out in my last call to your manager that he WAS NOT... (lie **) The employee, mentioned above, said he took my email address (he really did not) and expressed that he would happily email me the receipt, he DID NOT. Close to the end of the day I called back to your manager to ask her to be sure the receipt was sent by the "employee" that took my email address from me. (lie **) She immediately was disgusted with me and snapped at me that the employee gave her the email address and she "HAD NOT HAD TIME" to send the receipt. I asked her if she would please be sure to send it. She said she would (I can not recall but I believe she said "when she had time"). She asked me to give her my email address... (lie **) "Excuse me"!... This girl, Your manager, JUST told me the employee had given it to her and she would do it when she had a moment.!? I asked her "did you just lie to me"?! Again she asked for my email address! I told her she had it "You JUST told me your employee gave it to you?! I then told her "you lied to me"!? I was in shock of such a blatant lie. She never admitted or apologize to me for not telling me the truth. She did not eve acknowledge I had caught her in a lie and asked her to admit it. She simply repeated for me to give her my email address. At some point in us going back and forth with her asking me for my email address and me telling her to admit she lied (I do not think I asked for an apology, just to admit it) She said she would hang up if I did not give her my email address. I started to tell her she needed to acknowledge she had lied to me all day and she hung up before I could finish. I requested she admit she lied * times before she HUNG UP ON ME! *I want this manager fired, and you should be thanking me for requesting this. She has no concept of running a public establishment, not to mention the complete lack of ownership. *This manager is going to loose you customers and possible cause legal issues for your company*location, she is VERY defensive.*She is offensive and verbally combative when she is confronted. *My company does a "working lunch training" every Friday. They LOVED the food from your establishment I would love to use you for this meeting. Let me know when this young lady is no longer with your company and I will start the arrangements for these meetings to be catered. I am sure your manager will use the fact that we only ordered * sandwiches.
