The issue in GetHuman-alexus_b's own words
I went to chipotle at ** Main St. that’s in Gaithersburg, MD ***** I spent $** worth of food and I asked if they carried a pineapple orange drink, they said yes a man then handed me the * drinks. * of the drinks which were apple juice, after assuring me saying that he had a pineapple orange. Also not informing me that it had another flavor nor offering any other flavors. I took everything to my car, when I got to the car I was thirsty I immediately open the drink and begin to drink it while pulling out of the shopping center. Only to find a funny taste, the taste of an banana flavor. ( which I am allergic to ) I began to have an itchy throat and my lips began to burn and itch, I then closed the lid looked at the bottle which read Pinapple, Orange and Bananas. I immediately went back inside the store and asked for the Manager only for the man who served me the drinks to tell me that he was the manager. I then told him that I was allergic to bananas and that no one told me that banana was in there and that I asked for a orange pineapple drink he told me that it was my fault that I should’ve paid attention that I should’ve looked at the label. I was very upset to explain my symptoms and for them not to care, I then told him I was going to call corporate and file a report, he then stated that he could help me do it and that he had one. He processed to go back to his office as I waited about a minute or two he then came back out with a blank piece of paper and said give me your name and phone number. I Replied this is not a report I want to make a report he said he cannot he has to write it on the blank paper. I declined as I felt after being mistreated that he would not take that report serious nor would he pass it to the right ppl. Not only did I have to rush to urgent care, I spent money on food that I didn’t even get to eat. I never received an apology. Nor did any of the workers or manager seemed concerned. Never have I ever in life experienced such appalling services. I’m beyond disappointed, for the workers to not even care about the safety of the customers. I was appalled that no one apologized or asked if I was ok.
