The issue in GetHuman-cluman's own words
I ordered food in the new **** Crile Rd. Painesviile, oh ***** location. I bought * burrito bowls, & * plain cheese quesadilla. Was shocked when my receipt came to a Total of $**.**. No where on your menu board is a quesadilla mentioned other than as part of kids meal for $*.**. This item was for my dogs, so I told them I didn’t need the chips, fruit, or drink. I Was charged $*.** for plain tortilla with cheese quesadilla with nothing else on it (no meat or veggies). I asked about overcharged & was told that is the price for any quesadilla. I Made cashier come out tell me where a price of $*.** appears on menu. No where! She went to shift mgr & the she said that is the normal price no matter what. Really, If I had known this, I surely would’ve taken the whole kids meal or I simply would not have bought it at all. Now, I checked the online order site, the information was same as in store. Someone needs to fix the all the menu boards to reflect a quesadilla and it’s ridiculous price so they know in advance what they are being charged. I am irritated and do not appreciate being the victim of false advertisement. Receipt asks “how’re we doing?”...I say great if your company goal is rip off the consumer!
