We use your app to order food in order to pick it up at a particular time. For the third time in the last few weeks the order has not been even STARTED when we arrived at the prescribed time (this is called in more than a half hour ahead of time). When we asked to speak to someboby about it on the last occassion my wife was told- "relax mamm, we are getting it ready". Of course this was incredibly frustrating. Why have the app? you want customers, we are customers. You spend advertising dollars to get people to use the app. Then you do not perform. Worse yet, when a complaint is made the customer is made out to be the problem. BTW- MY wife also waited on hold for ** minutes with no answer to address this at the corporate level.. She finally got an employee number at Chipolte and they instructed her that she needed to get "off the line as this line is not for customers". No way to contact you- no service at the restaurant. I purchased a block of Chipolte stock when I realized all my kids loved it. I'm selling it today.
