The issue in GetHuman-craskin's own words
I waited in line for ** minutes and another ** tonight and was NOT served. When I placed my order for two salads, I was told there was no taco lettuce, but that there was other lettuce. The lettuce that the gentleman placed in the bowl was not bite size but rather very large leaves not like the lettuce that come new in Chipotle salads, so I asked him to cut them. There were people waiting behind me (they had not been waiting too long because I was in line for at least ** minutes before more people arrive to behind me ). Instead of taking a few moments to serve me the gentleman told me he was going to serve the people behind me first and so I told him I would wait thinking that he would serve the next party, not all of the parties behind me. His first mistake was not to serve me immediately and his second mistake was to make me wait and watch him served customer after customer. I can’t believe it, But I did wait ** minutes and watched him serve customer after customer. I was fuming and was disrespected as a customer. My family and I eat at chipotle at least twice a week either here in our home town of East Cobb-Marietta, GA or where my children attend college in Athens, GA, Tampa, FL, and Philadelphia, PA. I left furious. *There were only three people working the restaurant and I heard the woman working the cash register say they were short handed. Please advise and rectify my feelings regarding Chipotle.
