I placed a delivery order around *:**pm on January **rd ****. The delivery order was approved by the Chipotle on *** Myrtle avenue in Brooklyn, NY. At *:**pm I received a phone call from DoorDash saying that my order was cancelled because Chipotle never received my order. My bank account was charged over $** and I did not receive anything that I paid for. I have screenshots from the Chipotle mobile app saying that my order was confirmed and that my order would arrive around *:**pm. I would like a full refund. There was no communication from Chipotle about my order and I've found it very difficult to find support.
