I wrote a letter of complaint, this past Sunday of poor customer service based on what felt like racism. Someone promptly responded to my email— Rachel, but I was not available to respond, so she left a Voicemail. She wanted to hear more details about what occurred. I did return her call the next day about *:** pm and requested that she call me back. She did not. I called again today and also left an email, which went unanswered.*If Rachel is not available, someone else should be handling this situation since it is a serious matter. Ignoring it will not make it go away. In fact, due to the escalation of poor customer service, I am requesting to speak with a Manager as soon as possible. Rachel’s disregard for my concern is extremely unprofessional. She appears to be a part of the problem.
