The issue in GetHuman-ihaidara's own words
On ** January at about *** pm I entered the chipotle in Washington DC in Woodley Park at the intersection at Calvert and Connecticut Avenue. Upon the completion of my order a young female rang me up at the register. I explained to her that you will probably have an Issue with my card because the magnetic strip messes up from*Time to time and that she may have to put it in manually. She then proceeded to ask me for ID. I asked her for what ? She said for security purposes. At the point I’m very embarrassed and irritated. I explained to her I shouldn’t have to show my I’d because it’s the same concept as far as manual vs swiping. My question is, is this protocol or standard procedure for chipotle? I feel as though she singled me out because of how I looked. I believe the name of the manager that was in shift is Osiris.
