Ordered food from Chipotle online to be delivered around *:**pm, it said it would be delivered around *:**pm around *:**pm I still hadn’t received anything so we called the store that was making it. They informed me and my husband that the third party they use to deliver hadn’t even picked it up yet, we waited ** more minutes and nothing. We called back & decided to cancel that order, since it had been sitting out for ** minutes with zero intention of being delivered to us. Carl, from the store we ordered from was super nice, but as I went online to try and get a refund I could not find out how to do so.
