Help me with my issue
The issue in GetHuman-cstorell's own words
Went to the Chipotle website did an online order clicked on delivery, still on the chipotle web site, took me to door dash.*It gave me a time it was to be delivered we kept checking order on our phone and then it said order cancelled. It still charged my credit card so I called door they gave me the run-around about us not having a doordash account but of course we wouldn't have a doordash account because we ordered it through the Chipotle website that linked us to door dash. Without a doordash account they could not credit us our money back they told us to call Chipotle. So we called AAA they said our food was sitting there waiting but nobody from door dash came to pick it up. So we lost our money and got no food order. The story gets worse and worse as it goes on too much detail to keep writing about I would prefer somebody from Chipotle corporate to give me a call my telephone number is ***-***-****.*.
GetHuman-cstorell did not yet indicate what Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. should do to make this right.
