I placed a lunch order for a * o’clock pick up at your Hauppague location on motor Parkway. My order was a chicken fajita bowl. Upon picking it up I looked in the bag to confirm it was my order and saw everything printed correctly on the label so I drove back to my office which is ** minutes away. When I opened the food it was completely incorrect... it was two tacos with ingredients that I don’t like. I called the location and spoke to three different people explaining that I did not have time now on my lunch break to leave and go back there to pick up the correct one and nobody was willing to help. I asked if they could refund me and they said absolutely but that explained out have to drive back there to get the refund so again defeating the purpose. In addition I asked if they could remake my order so I could leave at that minute to pick it up and they could not find my order so u had to re order. I enjoy chipotle enough that I was willing to drive a good distance from my office to pick it up but will never do it again as when the location messed up they were not willing to do anything Make it better. My only option was to leave my office once again and waste another ** minutes round-trip and taking an extended lunch to go pick up my food that I should have already had . Nobody offered an apology or they offer to do was give me the correct order as they should’ve done in the first place but only buy inconveniencing me. This is terrible customer service and I will never return to this location. I hope someone will do something to make up for this.
