To start I ordered chipotle delivery through after logging in. I received my confirmation email at **:** AM and it said that the estimated delivery time was **:**. At **:** I was wondering where my food was so I clicked on the track your food button on the chipotle website and it took me to a doordash page that showed my delivery driver. Fast forward to now, it is *:** PM I have called the delivery driver multiple times, each time she give me a different excuse such as “there is a car accident” or “my car is stuck in the mud.” However, these are obviously lies as I am able to see where she is through the track my order page and she is driving around, and not towards my location. She has obviously stolen my order and now this whole debacle has changed my perception of Chipotle. I frequent chipotle quite often as it makes for a good lunch at work. However, after trying out chipotle’s delivery service I have had a terrible experience and am not satisfied with my order,which I have not gotten. If possible I would like my order refunded or other amends made. The email for my chipotle account is *****@***.com and I also have screenshots of the delivery tracker showing the delivery has not been made after * hours.
