My sister and I took our kids to chipotle over the weekend, we ordered our food as usual and when it was time to check out, the girl didn't know how to do paying with a card and cash, she didn't know how to do that, so she had her manager named Jesse, male, come help, he was already flustered from the store being busy , I could tell, he got very irate after the girl asked him to come back and help her again cause she just didn't know how to do it, Jesse then told me he's been there for * years an he knows how to run the register but he couldn't figure out how to take ** dollars of my card an pay the rest in cash, they ended up shorting me change out of the ** dollar bill I gave him, mind u he was getting more worked up saying he didn't have time for this and he walked away angry and came back and gave me back all my money and told me he didn't ****** care and to just take the food. Ok, so, that all is not my fault, he chose to give me free food because he couldn't get calmed down to see what he needed to do, so when we finally got to start eating, the rice was mushed up together and there was peppers mixed up in some of my food I didnt put anything with peppers in my bowl, so the food wasn't even as good as it usually is , we were not satisfied with our meals and when I called chipotle in heath Ohio to talk to the manager about this he denied me, also he did not give me a receipt because he gave my money back do quick and just pushed my issue to the side. I don't appreciate it, I have been eating chipotle for years, even threw the bacteria that's been said to live in Chipotle's everywhere , I still love chipotle and I just can't beleive how he acted, in front of other customers.
