Your customer service is terrible when it comes to someone needing to cancel an order that hadn't been filled yet. Someone should be able to cancel an order with out talking to corporate who by the way does not answer the phone to talk to their customers. Having to send an email and wait for a possible not likely response for a simple fix is ridiculous. Your company should be able to cancel and order seeing as how its not going to post on the customers bank account until the next day. If it is a same day transaction I feel that that should be honored. This in unacceptable. And if a customers accidently orders at the wrong location the order should be able to transfer the order to the correct establishment or cancel all together without having to be charged and then wait to be refunded and that point the customer now has to pay twice. Why is the even in your policy to make a customer pay twice for a simple fix?
