I haven't used my Chime account in a while. Recently, when I tried to sign up for a new account, I was informed that I couldn't open one without any explanation. I then attempted to access my old account but couldn't verify it since my phone number and the last 4 digits of my Chime debit card had changed. Despite having the option to update my phone number, I still needed verification. How can I contact customer service to regain access to my existing account?

I do not have a Chime account, and my phone number, [redacted], was used for verification without my permission when someone borrowed my phone. Today, I received a text message from Chime stating that my Chime account phone number has been updated to [redacted]. I am not familiar with that phone number, and the person who borrowed my phone for verification is Paul Beile. I'm not sure if I spelled his last name right. Please help. I do not have a Chime account and have nothing to do with Paul Beile or Michelle Casto.

I need to speak with someone as I have been unsuccessful in reaching support. I have a new phone number and address but have not received my Chime card. I already requested a new card due to non-delivery of the first. I want to ensure the security of my Chime account and update my information. How can I proceed? My account got hacked, and the login information was changed which is preventing me from using the app. I've been in Southern Regional Jail for nearly three months. On September 7, [redacted], I received an email stating that my email was changed to "[redacted]," which I didn't authorize. Despite this issue, I have received four $[redacted] child tax payments that I can access. I possess my account numbers and any other necessary information. Kindly reach out to me promptly. I recently stopped using my primary email for security reasons. I've encountered an issue with Chime asking for my login instead of my pin to access my account. Since I haven't logged in for a while and can't access my old email, I'm unable to reset my password. How can I update my account with my new email and password? - Jack T.

I had an active Chime account, but I was incarcerated for 9 months. Upon my release, I discovered my Chime ATM debit card in my wallet. Although I remember my PIN, I forgot my email and password to access my account online. I have funds in my savings and want to transfer them to my spending account. Can anyone assist me, please?

I have been requesting a replacement Chime card since it was stolen with my pocketbook back in late October [redacted]. I have informed customer service that there were unauthorized transactions on my card due to my incarceration from June 18, [redacted], to August 17, [redacted]. I am still waiting to hear about the processing of my payments and the replacement of my card. I have paperwork from my time in jail to prove that I did not authorize any transactions during that period.

Good afternoon, I was informed by the Social Security administration that they sent my disability check to you this month. However, I closed my account last month. It seems that you processed the check instead of returning it to the SSA. When I contacted the Social Security office, they advised me to reach out to you to locate my check. After depositing $[redacted] into my Chime account, it was closed within an hour. I received a refund check three weeks later, but it couldn't be cashed due to being washed. I have been trying to resolve this for three months, sending emails with no clear explanation. After receiving another refund check, I notice it has someone else's information on it. Banks refuse to process it. I'm considering reporting this as bank fraud to the Federal Reserve.

I have misplaced my Chime card and urgently need to transfer my balance to my Direct Express Card or have a new one expedited to me. I am willing to pay the fee for expedited delivery as I am facing eviction and need access to my funds promptly. I think I have a Chime account open, and that might be why I can't open another one. Every time I try, I get the message "Cannot open an account." Customer service cannot contact me for security reasons. I can't recall if I already have an account, but I really want to open one. If I do have an account, I no longer have access to the email passwords or phone numbers linked to it.

I am experiencing issues logging into my account on the app. Despite having a stable internet connection, the app keeps buffering without allowing me access. I need to activate my Chime card, but I encountered technical difficulties from Chime's side when trying through the app. Also, I attempted to contact customer service, but the call did not go through during their supposed operating hours. It is frustrating not to reach a team member for assistance with activating my card. This has been a recurring problem, and it is my fourth unsuccessful attempt. The ongoing poor communication and connection issues from Chime are hindering the process. My email is [redacted]

My account was unexpectedly logged out about 25 minutes ago, shortly after I had used it. Now, when I try to log back in, I am prompted to solve a puzzle, but the process either loops back to the login screen or gives an error message. I've attempted accessing it through my browser with similar results. Customer service has kept me waiting for over 20 minutes. When I tried via phone, the system couldn't locate my account with the number I provided. I'm concerned someone may have accessed my account and made changes, possibly removing my number. I urgently need assistance as my transactions are disabled, and I can't access my funds.

I tried accessing my Chime account as usual this morning, but instead of the facial recognition login, I got a regular screen. Since I couldn't recall my password, I reset it, and then everything went wrong. The app kept prompting me to solve puzzles, enter codes from your texts, and do more tasks, all while occasionally telling me I had attempted to log in too many times. I couldn't find the chat option you mentioned, and I couldn't reach anyone over the phone either. How can I regain access to my account if I can't even log in? Please assist. Thank you. - S.

Yesterday, a deposit was made to my spending account, and it usually transfers to my credit builder account. I disabled "allow all transactions" to monitor withdrawals. Unfortunately, I now cannot access my credit builder account, where my funds reside. It's frustrating that customer service is unresponsive at 10:30 am CST.

I'm having trouble accessing my account. I reset the password, but it keeps saying no, despite me writing it down. Now it says there have been too many attempts. I need to access my account urgently. The last four digits are [redacted]. My email is [redacted] and my birthdate is 10/22/[redacted]. I recently received a deposit of $[redacted].19 from Teleperformance. I need to transfer funds from my savings to checking and cannot do so at the moment.

This morning, I discovered I was logged out of my Chime account. Despite multiple attempts, I couldn't log back in due to an issue with the password reset. I haven't made any changes to my account and now find myself unable to access it, preventing me from transferring my savings. Despite calling multiple times for assistance, I have been unsuccessful in reaching an agent as the system indicates they are closed, even though it's during their supposed 24-hour assistance period.

I'm having trouble accessing my app. After uninstalling and reinstalling it, I forgot my password due to the long time elapsed. When I attempt to solve puzzles, the app keeps redirecting me to the login page. Now, I am locked out due to too many password attempts. I urgently need to access my account to transfer funds from my spending account to my credit builder account as I am unable to locate my spending account card.

My Chime account unexpectedly logged me out, and now I can't access it despite passing the extra security measures. I entered the correct password and email, but no luck. I got logged out of my account and now I am facing difficulties logging back in. Every time I attempt to sign in, I am prompted to solve a puzzle by selecting a square. Initially, the puzzle involved picking the correct dog picture. However, after choosing a square, I am either redirected back to the log in screen or presented with a green check mark and an endless loading screen. I also tried to access my account from my computer, but after solving the puzzle, I am greeted with a white screen displaying a message about too many requests in the top left corner. Can anyone help me understand why I am unable to log in successfully?
