I was arrested on feb**th the days before that i lost or someone stole my phone and wallet. My wife had my phone number taken off our account because she was afraid someone could get into my accounts where we share all of our joint income in. Chime, Cashapp, netspend all of which had two verification methods and passwords that i have no way of getting into. I was released from jail and i couldnt get my phone number back after ** days with cricket. So i lost my way into my email because of two step verification and my phone and phone number to get codes to get into anything. My wife gave me her number and we are struggling all of our money was in my chime account our joint stimulus checks our joint tax returns. I emailed support chime and i gave them the only proof of my new number and they replied they wanted a copy of the phone bill with my full name , and claimed the ***-***-**** was in a diff chime account holders name, when i call chime the system says no one has that chime phone number for there account. I sent pictures of the printouts from cricket when payed the bill thats in my wifes name but was being payed with my debit card. It shows my number being canceled. My address and the auto enrolled card on file for our bill thats in my wifes name. The name on the number i want to add. I am still waiting for my cards to get to our home but with the app i know locations will let me withdrawl via the chime app with phone. I need to change my email from *****@***.com to *****@***.com and phone number from ***-***-**** to ***-***-**** i sent a copy of pic of driverlicense and my last four digits of social. I really let my family especially my wife down and now i cant even get my wife the money thats due to her from our joint payments because they are in my locked up chime accounts. Please help me.
