I haven't received any response regarding my issue I'm not happy with the level of customer service being exhibited I have Bill's to pay and you guys are holding my money I don't appreciate it at all I've been on hold for several hours waiting to speak with supervisors that don't answer the phone it's upsetting I feel like my lively hood is at stake with commitment to an institution who has lack of compassion and communication for it's customers. I feel very disrespected. After my account is unlocked I will withdraw my funds and end the relationship between us. *Thanks again***Ladarius Hawkins
