I moved to another home before my chime card came in the mail. I received an email about my card being activated and the same day an email asking how the automated phone service (I never used) went. I did not leave on good terms with them and I think the card was activated and being used by the people I used to live with. My number also changed so because of this and me never recieving the card myself I cannot access my account to confirm. MY STIMULUS CHECK WAS SUPPOSED TO DIRECT DEPOSIT TO MY CHIME CARD SO I NEED TO KNOW IF MY CARD IS ACTIVE... CAUSE IT'S NOT ME USING IT IF IT IS!**I can provide any info needed including a picture of my ID if needed to prove I am the one who's name is on the account as well as names and address of the individuals who (if the card has been used) are stealing my money. And any and all transactions made with said card would need to be refunded immediately as I did not make them. Please message me back asap
