Accidentally sent money to my son's account without him having his card shipped out to him, contacted support Wednesday Feb **th approx *:**. Told them the issue they insisted on me going to the app get off the phone with them go into the app and make a request through the app and I was talking to a human being so I do that and nothing that I get ** emails from ** different people asking me to submit the information that I had already previously sent to the nine acres before them.. call speak to manager accuse me of sending a screenshot why would I send a screenshot when I had that I days in my hand stupid but recent information check back about * she told me they're working on it still nothing and it's *:** February **th
