Help with my Chime issue
The issue in GetHuman2619115's own words
made a mobile check deposit. they came back and said they couldn't do it. now on the back of my check i have written deposit only to chime as they demanded. so now is my check useless? they wont even tell me why it was not accepted. they have not phone to call anybody. NOT A HAPPY CAMPER.

they made me have the payer send a copy of my invoice directly to them. rather rude. they tell me it has cleared now, but is still says pending on my account. i believe they will show the deposit available by tuesday (almost a week later) and after I had to ask the payer to help me collect the account. bullshit. I will never use mobile deposit again. Otherwise, Chime is a great bank. email support only though. good luck
