I was trying to boost-up which allows you to upgrade devices on installment payments with your bill. ... I have a pending transaction with Boost Mobile for ***.**. They aren't showing any pending transactions for ***.**. And I didn't authorize a ***.** purchase from them. I need that money back for bills asap. I need Chime to stop payment for the ***.** with Boost Mobile.
GetHuman-glogic did not yet indicate what Chime should do to make this right.
I've called their customer service several times they've All told me to talk to my Bank and have them dispute or stop the ***.** transaction on my account.
