I am trying to log into my chime account after i put in the log and password it prompts me with a messaging stating that a text has been sent to my old number with a passcode to enter. I no longer have that number. However chime gives me the ability to give them the last four digits of my social but anytime I enter the last four digits of my social it says that it is wrong and i get go any further then that. I want to be able to use my account but I cant given the circumstances of not being able to get past this point.
GetHuman-eyeofkao did not yet indicate what Chime should do to make this right.
