I had a disappointing experience at Chili's in Plover, WI on June 8th. The chicken sandwich I received was of poor quality, possibly the worst sandwich I've ever had there. Despite being a frequent customer, I was let down by the lack of concern shown by the manager. This is the second time in less than two weeks that I've had issues with my order at this location. I've only been able to eat the chili, not the chicken sandwich I paid for. The manager's indifference was disheartening. I've been a loyal customer, but how can I continue to justify spending that much money on just a bowl of chili? If they can't improve their service, I may have to find another place to eat.

I visited Chili's in Lancaster, CA tonight at 9:10 PM. I ordered at a table in the bar area where I took a photo. I was seated promptly and placed my order quickly. I requested the 3 for $10 tortilla soup without tomatoes, and the margarita chicken without tomato due to a severe tomato allergy. I also ordered water with lemon. Despite waiting, only half a bowl of tortilla soup was served at 9:42 PM. When my complete order was brought out at 10:10 PM covered in tomatoes, I explained my allergy and asked for it to be remade. After informing the bartender and my waiter at 10:15 PM that it was taking too long and I needed to leave, my check was voided, and I departed. I requested a copy of the voided check from Alice for insurance purposes but was told there was no record if the ticket was voided. I took photos of the food served to me and feel itchy after consuming the soup with tomatoes, despite my allergy. It was concerning when a comment was made about me by a staff member, and I question how long I should have to wait for my food.

During our visit to Chili's in Vestal, New York, my family, consisting of 4 adults and 2 children, experienced several issues with our orders. We were promptly seated, and our waitress, Emily, took our orders. Despite clearly stating "no pink" for the hamburgers ordered by two adults, they arrived nearly red. One of the hamburgers had to be sent back, while one was reluctantly kept. Other orders were incorrect too; my grandson received the wrong chicken meal. After waiting over an hour, my son and grandson still hadn't been served. When I asked to speak to the manager, Eddie appeared and seemed dismissive of our wait time. He did eventually adjust our bill for the missing items. The service was disappointing, especially considering we weren't provided the complimentary dessert included in our order. I used gift cards to pay for the meal, totaling $72.83, at Chili's Vestal #[redacted], and I hope for a resolution to this unsatisfactory experience.

While eating, we discovered a bug in our salad that had burst inside the mouth. Upon closer inspection of the food, we found different body parts of the bug in the lettuce. The waitress, LaQuanda, and the manager, Rangel, confirmed the presence of the bug. We made sure it was not part of the salad by touching it with our hands. After all of us, Marva Patrick, Salmon Patrick, and Anethra Facione-Patrick, consumed the salad, we experienced vomiting, upset stomach, headaches, diarrhea, nausea, hives, and swelling. We went to the hospital due to ingesting the bug. Diagnostic testing confirmed our symptoms were consistent with ingesting chemicals from a stink bug. We are awaiting a final report from Cornell University on the bug species. We received medication to address the symptoms and were advised to take antihistamines and use topical cream for hives. We plan to return to work after a follow-up visit. Please respond promptly on how to proceed. Thank you.

My 91-year-old mother-in-law and I visited Chili's II at the West Palm airport. I ordered pancakes and bacon. Unfortunately, the bacon never arrived despite me inquiring twice. When the bill arrived, I kindly asked the server to remove the bacon charge due to it never being served. Surprisingly, he refused, insisting it wasn't his fault. When I requested the bacon, he defensively responded, escalating the situation. Eventually, the manager intervened and brought out the bacon, but it was 30 minutes late, and I no longer wanted it. I explained the ordeal politely, but it appeared the server had a different version, wrongly accusing us of swearing. This misleading situation left me shocked and disappointed. I will not return to this establishment and will share our negative experience with others.

I paid $48 for a meal that had terrible service. The waitress was not rude, but every time we requested something, it was forgotten. Our kids' meal even arrived 15 minutes late, causing our child to be hungry. After that, we didn't see our waitress again for the rest of our dining experience. It's unclear if they were understaffed or just busy, as there seemed to be enough employees present. I also had a coupon for a free kids meal that I couldn't use since our waitress disappeared. It was disappointing to have such a bad experience, especially after spending quite a bit of money.

Hello, I'm Michelle Miller, and I wanted to bring to Corporate's attention an incident at Chili's Store #[redacted] on March 1, [redacted], during my 50th birthday celebration. Initially, I received a margarita in a cracked glass, but it was replaced promptly. Upon further inspection, I discovered leftover black beans and residue on the ceramic bowl I was served with mashed potatoes. I confronted the manager, who initially seemed to misunderstand but eventually acknowledged the issue and comped our meal. The unsanitary conditions were unacceptable, especially amid the current spread of the Coronavirus. Clean dinnerware is essential for any restaurant, and I feel Corporate should be made aware of this incident. Thank you for your attention.

Our dining experience in San Marcos was the worst ever. We traveled from Houston for a day trip to see our youngest in college. We were craving chicken fried steak and country gravy, although it wasn't on the menu. Our server mentioned it was available, but when our meals arrived, the amount of gravy was disappointing. After requesting more, the thick, immovable gravy arrived too late, leaving my food cold. My husband's burger lacked salt and ketchup which had to be requested. The chicken fried steak was overly salty and the burger lacked flavor. The cheese for the chips was odd, orange with mystery chunks. We spent $64 and left unsatisfied. The payment process was slow, taking around ten minutes and needing a different tablet to complete. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

I ordered queso with our food delivery last night, but what arrived was a small container of shredded cheese and raw spinach, not the expected queso, for which I was charged approximately $9.00. Despite following the microwave instructions, the queso turned out unsatisfactory, leading me to prepare it on the stove instead. Although our order arrived cold, I understand that the restaurant was busy and appreciate the hard work of the Chili's staff. While most of the food was quickly reheated and delicious, the spinach queso did not meet their usual high standards.

Yesterday, on 8/16/20, I placed an online food order for pickup at the Raynham, MA Chili's location. After receiving a text confirmation instructing me to text "here" upon arrival, I did so. Unfortunately, when I arrived, Chili's couldn't locate my order. It appears the order wasn't sent to the Raynham Chili's due to some items being unavailable there. Instead of contacting me via the cell number provided, Chili's sent an email which I didn't receive on-site. This mix-up could have been easily avoided if they had called me directly. Disappointed by the experience, we ended up getting food from Smokey Bones instead. Our last name on the order was STRADLEY. Chili's should be aware of the service issue we faced, know our name, and contact us promptly to resolve this situation.

This afternoon, on October 8, [redacted], at 6:40 p.m., I called Chili’s in Barceloneta, Puerto Rico at [redacted], but received a recording saying they were unable to answer due to high volume. After receiving a message from Chili’s about phone orders, I replied that I wanted to book a table and was informed they would get back to me. Despite not receiving a call, I went to the restaurant at 7:40 p.m. The manager, Yelitza, said I wasn't on the list, even after showing her the message with all the details and even a link for phone orders. She insisted I should join the waiting list as if I had just shown up. As an employee of the mall housing the restaurant, I feel her lack of professionalism and disregard for my time were unacceptable. I left with my family feeling disappointed and won't be returning as a customer to this specific Chili's location.

I had a disappointing experience at the Chili’s in Fayetteville, NC yesterday. As a fan of the chain, I was let down. The service was the main issue. Our waiter was absent, and the hostess ended up taking our orders and delivering most of our items. Despite the restaurant not being busy, it took nearly 30 minutes to get our three margaritas. The app we ordered, steak egg rolls, never arrived because it was never placed. Our 2 for $25 order lacked dessert options, yet we were still billed for it. The waiter only checked on us once after our food was brought out. I requested ketchup, but he forgot to bring it. This experience was so disappointing that we just wanted to leave and didn’t bother addressing the issues. I typically don’t complain, but I expected better service.

During my visit to the Indian Lake location in Hendersonville, TN, I encountered a situation with the food that was not up to standard. We ordered two steaks, one medium and one medium well. Unfortunately, the medium well steak was undercooked. When we requested a new steak, it appeared that the same steak was recooked and brought back to us. The way the staff handled the situation seemed unprofessional, especially when we overheard them discussing the matter in the kitchen. I believe there should be some form of compensation for the inconvenience we experienced. The waitress was friendly, but the food quality and handling of the issue left much to be desired.

My family and I visited Chili's for lunch today. Had I known it would take so long to place an order and an additional 30 minutes or more to receive our food, we wouldn't have gone. The food was of poor quality; it seemed they had to catch and cook the animal themselves due to the wait. Furthermore, I have never witnessed a waiter in the food industry cleaning a table by scraping food off with the menu, shaking it onto the floor, and then proceeding to pack leftovers in a to-go container without wiping the table properly. The waiter also sprayed air instead of cleaning the table directly, appearing indifferent. If this had happened with my employees, immediate dismissal would follow. The manager seemed unconcerned, walking back and forth during this unhygienic behavior, which does not reflect a well-run establishment.

I placed an online order with Doordash on March 6, [redacted], for a meal totaling $[redacted].35. My order number is #[redacted]. Despite not receiving my order, I reached out to Doordash for a refund, and they directed me to Chili’s. After speaking to Javier at Chili's, I was informed that my refund would arrive within 3-5 business days. On the 5th business day, I followed up with Javier who assured me the refund was approved by the general manager and would reflect in my account by 3/16/[redacted]. However, as of 3/17/[redacted], the refund has not been processed. Feeling frustrated, I am now seeking further assistance beyond Javier. I request prompt contact regarding the status of my refund. The Chili's on [redacted] in Ocala lacks physical menus, which is inconvenient for many seniors in the area who may not use smartphones effectively. Personally, I was not pleased with having to navigate the online menu. I enjoy browsing through physical menus and comparing dishes with pictures. This digital ordering process left me dissatisfied, and I will not dine there again. While the food was hot and tasty, I felt the portions of rice and mango salsa were inadequate. The overall dining experience was not enjoyable. The touchless ordering system was not effectively implemented, as we all touched the payment pad multiple times without sanitizing. I believe having physical menus would have been a much better choice.

Good afternoon, today at 4:30 pm, I visited this place to celebrate Father's Day. Unfortunately, the treatment I received from the waiter and the Manager at the Chili's located on 87th Avenue in Doral, Florida, was regrettable. The employee was very rude, spilling the drink on the table when we mentioned the Margarita was supposed to be frozen. The Manager's response was dismissive when I requested to speak to another Manager, saying they only speak English and couldn't help me. We left without ordering due to the unpleasant experience we had. This lack of quality service, ethics, and professionalism from the management reflects poorly on the establishment. This was my first visit to your restaurant chain, and based on this experience, I don't plan to return. The employees' bad attitude towards customers was concerning and not something I expected. On Saturday, June 19, I made an online order at Chili's. The order was expected to be ready at 6:18 PM. After waiting for about 20 minutes past the time, my boyfriend went inside to inquire about the delay. The server mentioned our order was being packed and would be brought out soon, but unfortunately, that didn't happen. We waited an additional 10-15 minutes before I decided to call the restaurant. Despite cars arriving and leaving, we were still waiting, even though we had placed our order before them. Eventually, a staff member came to our car and informed us that the steak was not ready, resulting in another 15-minute wait. By the time we received our food at 7 PM, it was all cold. It was disappointing that they didn't remake the order promptly. I am quite upset and dissatisfied with this experience. I contacted them on Saturday but have yet to receive a response.

Hello Chili's, I am extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service I experienced regarding an order I placed through the chili's app a month ago. Despite the delivery mishap where my food was given to someone else, the resolution process has been frustrating. Doordash directed me to seek a refund from the store since I placed the order through the chili's app. When I contacted chili's, I faced rudeness and unresponsiveness from the staff, including allegedly the manager Kenney Vendler. Multiple attempts to resolve the issue have been in vain, with promises of calls and a refund not materializing. The latest visit to the store also did not result in any progress. The lack of concern and poor customer service have greatly disappointed me, considering that I am a frequent patron. I am now reaching out for assistance before taking further action. Thank you.

Seven of us, ladies of a certain age, visited your Irvine location on Alton for lunch on July 5th. We waited around 20-25 minutes before being seated, which was fine as we were in no rush. We requested separate checks and opted not to use the digital tablets on the table. A young man took our orders, and then we experienced delays in receiving our drinks and meals. I ordered a Heineken, which took three reminders before I was served a Dos Equis instead, which was okay since it came in a green bottle. The meals were delivered two at a time with significant gaps in between. Despite that, everyone enjoyed the food; your establishment serves tasty dishes. My chili was lukewarm, but that was acceptable. However, the process of getting separate checks was tedious. After several attempts to correct the mistakes, we ended up calculating our bills ourselves and handing the payment to the inexperienced young man. We were unable to speak with a manager, and although we understand the challenges of hiring staff post-pandemic, it was a lengthy dining experience with delays. It took me until 4 PM to get home, even though the drive is usually only 15 minutes. I suggest improving the process of separate checks or clearly stating this policy on your website. Some of us prefer not to use digital methods. Our bills ranged from $22 to $32 as we all ordered lunch specials. I hope that on our next visit, we will have a server who can handle separate checks more efficiently as we were unable to make a reservation when we called.
