During my recent visit to Chili's, there was a group seated nearby that had a dog with them. As someone who is highly allergic to animals, this situation made it challenging for me to enjoy my meal. It's concerning that the focus is often on the dog owners' emotions, neglecting the impact on others who may have allergies or simply wish to dine without a pet nearby. Immediate action is necessary to revise the rules permitting animals in public spaces. Those who bring their dogs out have alternatives like leaving them at home or with a sitter, rather than exposing patrons to potential allergens or disturbances. Your prompt attention to this matter is greatly appreciated. Thank you for addressing this issue promptly. Best, D. B.

Tonight we visited for dinner with our four-year-old granddaughter. We ordered bacon burgers with fries, but both burgers were undercooked, requiring them to be redone. The bacon was also not cooked thoroughly. By the time our corrected meal arrived, our granddaughter had finished eating. Upon receiving the bill, we were charged for four burgers instead of two, totaling $56. When we raised the issue, the server, Dawn, mentioned the burger had to be remade, albeit in a manner that implied blame on our end. They removed the charge for the extra burgers without an apology. The server's attitude was rude, and there was no attempt to make amends for the inconvenience caused. This experience was disappointing enough for us to reconsider future visits despite regularly driving an hour to dine at Chili’s. Additionally, the tipping suggestion after such a subpar service was uncalled for, leading to us skipping the tip entirely, a first for us. The lack of accountability from the staff, notably Dawn, demonstrates a need for better handling of customer complaints and errors in the kitchen. This incident has left us contemplating dining elsewhere in the future, especially considering the issues with the Chili Reward system claiming we had not visited within the required timeframe, despite having been a frequent patron up until now.

We used to love dining at Chili's, but our recent experience has changed that. For my 77th birthday, I selected Chili's because of their birthday free meal policy, which usually includes dessert. I have been a member for a while and always enjoyed the complimentary chips and salsa. However, on this visit, the waitress informed me that I couldn't have both chips and salsa and the free dessert, which made the dessert not truly free. This disappointment has led me to reconsider returning, despite being regular customers who often bring friends with us. I am dissatisfied with this new policy that penalizes loyal customers for the actions of others. I am disappointed and do not plan to leave positive reviews anymore. The Chicken fajitas in the 3 for $10 deal were always my favorite.

Today, I visited the Chili’s in Yukon, Oklahoma with a friend for lunch. Despite the busy atmosphere, we sat at the bar. The bartender, Curtis, took our orders. I opted for the bottomless Soup and Salad. After enjoying the first round, I noticed Curtis providing excellent service to another customer. When I requested another round, he seemed irritated. Upon receiving just soup, he didn't offer more to drink. I've been a longtime patron at this Chili’s and have never experienced such indifferent service. I believe a gentle reminder to Curtis about consistent customer care, regardless of the situation, may be beneficial. Friendly service can make a huge difference.

I frequently visit Chili's with various company, enjoying the food but sometimes feeling let down by certain staff members at my local establishment. Nonetheless, this doesn't deter me from eating there. While my husband and I usually opt for the 2 for $25 deal, on a recent visit I decided to add the chicken pasta alfredo with extra alfredo sauce to my order for pickup. Unfortunately, upon arriving home, I discovered my pasta lacked any alfredo sauce despite my request for extra. Disappointed by this oversight, I have retained the pasta, receipt, and photos as evidence. I am seeking a gift card reimbursement to account for the uneaten meal and my overall disappointment.

I encountered numerous issues during my recent visit: 1. The server's performance was subpar. 2. The only item I wanted was discontinued (understandable). 3. The staff seemed too overwhelmed to assist us. 4. The waiter refilled my coffee without asking. 5. Our salads arrived at the same time as our main course. 6. My husband wasn't offered a drink refill. 7. Incorrect salad for me, and my husband's meal was wrong. 8. The receipt showed an additional charge for meat that should've been included. 9. I couldn't eat my salad due to spoiled parts, likely from being overly chilled. 10. The only enjoyable aspects were the potato soup and my husband's drink. I feel disappointed for suggesting this place to my husband for a different experience. Our time and money were wasted, and we wanted to quickly pay and leave, unaware of the billing error... On a positive note, we both appreciated the potato soup. As hospital workers with busy schedules, we value our time together. We sought a relaxing meal, but our expectations were not met. I hope we can find a resolution for this situation.

On January 11, [redacted], I planned a family dinner at our local Chili's in Jackson, TN with my dad and sister, a place we visit regularly. Unfortunately, we encountered poor service during this visit that I feel should be addressed. When our waiter brought us chips and salsa, he promised more chips but never delivered. Additionally, my water remained empty for approximately 15 minutes without a refill despite waiting patiently. My dad eventually had to request both my water refill and his beer as we were already served our food by then. As I was more than halfway through my meal, the waiter had still not brought our drinks. At one point, he passed by other tables offering chips while neglecting our drink order, leading to my dad's frustrated comment. The waiter's response was unprofessional and disrespectful, escalating the situation. Following the exchange, the waiter made inappropriate comments and gestures towards us. I took it upon myself to address the issue with a manager, who happened to be Assistant Manager Jason. Jason handled the situation gracefully, discounting our bill, offering a gift card, and ensuring our dessert was served promptly. I felt upset by the lack of service and the waiter's behavior, but Jason's professionalism in resolving the matter was commendable. I wanted to highlight both the poor service we received and the positive actions taken by Jason during our visit.

As a former employee, I was let go due to my attitude, although the termination process was unclear. Upon informing them of my lateness, I was informed I no longer worked there without further information. Managers Ed and Larry displayed disrespectful behavior towards staff. Larry often made me work off the clock. Hygiene protocols were lacking, with limited glove use and food labeling issues. A manager insulted me, and there were instances of reusing spoiled food. Personal hygiene, especially handwashing, was not consistently followed. Some employees smoked weed during shifts. Breaks were infrequent on long shifts, and unpaid overtime was common. Communication from management was often harsh. Staff were advised to lie to investigators on a specific occasion. Staff morale and operational standards varied, with improvements made only when overseen by a specific individual.

Upon arriving at a restaurant in Del Rio, TX at 5:40, we promptly ordered drinks and two appetizers. Regrettably, one appetizer arrived at 6:00. It was not until 6:30, after questioning the delay, that the waitress brought our meals. Unfortunately, the mushroom swiss lacked mushrooms and the peppers and onions were uncooked. My ribeye and everything on the plate were cold. When I requested to speak with the manager, there was a 15-minute wait before she came, offering to remake the food, which I declined due to the lengthy wait. This dining experience in Del Rio has been the worst encountered at your establishments. I trust that the issue will be addressed with the staff promptly.

I had a disappointing time at a restaurant recently. My partner and I arrived before the Valentine's Day rush and were quickly seated. However, as other tables around us received their food promptly, we waited for 30 minutes without any sign of our order. When we inquired, the manager was unapologetic, blaming the busy holiday. Even during the payment process, there was a lack of communication and customer service from both the manager and the staff. This behavior was a stark contrast to previous positive experiences at this Chili's location. The dismissive attitude and lack of empathy from the manager was unacceptable. Despite being regular customers, we were met with indifference and poor service. The manager's behavior was disappointing, and it was clear that he needed improvement in handling such situations.

My daughter, S. Stuhlsatz, experienced a fall at your restaurant while working there and was taken to the emergency room without my permission. I am now being billed for the medical services. I am contacting you for the first and only time to address this with the medical services immediately. Failure to do so within the next 5 days will result in legal action for damages and negative credit reporting. As a successful commercial contractor of 40 years, I will utilize all my resources if this matter is not resolved promptly. This message serves as a final notice before legal action is pursued. Regards, T. Stuhlsatz.

I had a disappointing experience at Chili’s in Bayamón (Río Hondo), Puerto Rico. I requested a booth for dinner as I did not fit comfortably in the chair due to limited space. The male employee informed me of a 25-30 minute wait with an unpleasant attitude. Approaching a female host, she also mentioned a 30-minute wait without verifying the prior information. I expressed my concerns to the "manager," Julio or José Morales, who hurriedly dismissed me in a disrespectful manner. As I left, he made a rude comment in front of other customers and staff. The staff should be mindful of their tone and body language, and a courteous manager should not refer to a customer as "the problem." I simply wanted clarity on the wait time for my family. This unexpected treatment was truly disappointing. I cannot recommend the Chili’s in Río Hondo, Bayamón, Puerto Rico after this experience.

Upon arriving at the restaurant, the manager mistakenly offered me a booster seat instead of a highchair despite my corrections. Despite my repeated requests, he continued to explain the booster seat to me. I reluctantly took the booster seat, which caused inconvenience as my baby kept reaching over to other patrons behind us and the table. Furthermore, the server poured gravy on my overcooked and burnt chicken-fried steak despite my request for it on the side. She also incorrectly stated that my margarita was included with the meal for an extra $5. During the meal, the service was rushed, and we had difficulty getting basic items like water and my husband's drink. Despite only having two tables to attend, there seemed to be no legitimate excuse for the haste. Additionally, when asking for two boxes to take our leftover food home, the server only brought one after multiple reminders for the second one. Overall, the dining experience was disappointing, especially considering the amount paid for the subpar food quality.

My name is Maritza, and my husband and I frequently dine at Chili's. Normally, we enjoy our experience with good food. However, our recent visit to the Route 46 East location in Little Falls was disappointing. We ordered the Steak fajitas, but the rice and vegetables were soaked in oil, making them inedible. The Guacamole was visibly old and unappetizing. Despite the manager offering to replace the rice and giving a credit for the Guacamole, the bill still came to $61.47, leaving us unsatisfied and hungry. We don't expect a free meal, but we believe we deserved a better experience. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Receipt Details: Date: 03/12/19 2 guests Total: $61.47

During my recent visit, I experienced poor service and unhygienic practices at the restaurant. The waitress was inattentive after initially serving my appetizer and entree, and I had to request silverware separately. Throughout the meal, I received minimal checks on my satisfaction. When I wanted to order dessert, I had to approach the waitress myself. Unfortunately, she then incorrectly assumed I hadn’t placed my order at all. I observed staff behaving unprofessionally, touching food with bare hands and even eating fallen fries. One employee even took food off a customer's plate and sneezed near the dishes. Despite bringing up the issues to the manager, there was no apology, refund, or acknowledgment of the unsanitary conditions. This experience was incredibly disappointing and has led me to decide not to return to the establishment.

My family and I dined at Chili's in Idaho Falls on March 22 with a party of 8 individuals. Our waitress prompted us to leave a positive review on the checkout machine, which made us uncomfortable. Despite some service issues like delayed silverware and not receiving napkins promptly, we gave a favorable review under pressure. Unfortunately, when we checked our receipt later, we noticed a $7.98 charge for chips and salsa that should have been complimentary with a card we presented for a free order. Feeling upset about the extra charge and noticing hidden costs on the menu, we now question Chili's integrity and are hesitant to return. We live in Ohio, leaving us unable to address our concerns in person. We spent roughly $[redacted], tipped 20%, and encountered problems with the tipping process. It's frustrating not being able to speak directly to resolve issues as finding a customer service number on the receipt proved challenging. Additionally, we were inaccurately recorded as 7 guests instead of 8 on the receipt. This entire experience has soured our impression of Chili's, and we are unsure of how our faith in the brand can be restored.

This evening, Friday, March 29, [redacted], my spouse and I intended to dine at your establishment located at [redacted] Miller Rd, Flint, MI [redacted]. Upon arrival, we were promptly seated at 6:02 p.m. by a hostess. We waited in a booth on the western side of the restaurant, not by the windows but one row over on the eastern side, for 15 minutes. During this time, we noticed the wait staff passing by attending to other diners, yet no one seemed to acknowledge our presence. With no waiter approaching us, we decided to leave. Before leaving, I made it known to the hostess staff that we were departing due to the lack of service, but unfortunately, they did not provide any response. Despite the restaurant's busyness, there were available tables, and our experience has led us to not support Chili's in the future. We plan to inform our acquaintances and share our story on social media as well. Kindly refrain from emailing a reply as my spam filter settings have been adjusted already. Thank you.

After retiring, I have been using several $25 Chilis gift certificates I received because I enjoy their food. Lately, I have been ordering takeout from the Springfield, MO restaurant on Glenstone. Unfortunately, two out of the past three orders have been very disappointing. The steaks in the 2 for $25 meals were extremely tough, making it hard to cut and chew. Even the upgraded grilled asparagus was inedible except for the tips. Another time, the steak I ordered medium-rare arrived rare, forcing me to cook it myself while the rest of the food got cold. Additionally, the half order of ribs had an inedible end piece, leaving me only able to eat a portion of it. The inconsistency is frustrating, as I have had one order that met my expectations beautifully. I believe it is reasonable to request a refund or replacement for at least one of my $25 gift cards. Due to these experiences, I am hesitant to return to Chilis after spending $75 on three disappointing orders.

I visited Chili's in Huntington, WV on May 4th, [redacted], at 3:30 pm with my wife. While enjoying our meal, we ordered queso dip, and as I dipped a tortilla chip, I discovered a piece of black-coated metal or steel that broke off and damaged three of my teeth. I have made multiple attempts to report the incident, through urgent care and calls to the restaurant. Despite promises, Manager Carl never followed up, and Manager Chris has yet to provide any resolution. I am concerned that they are intentionally delaying addressing this issue past the 24-hour deadline.

I am writing regarding an incident at your Chili's location at [redacted] E. Central Expressway in Killeen, Texas. My 17-year-old son was served alcohol without proper identification. While I was not present, my daughter informed me that the waitress mentioned it was acceptable with parental consent. Despite my absence, the irresponsible father with them allowed this to happen. When brought up, the manager, Jamie, denied anything was served to a minor. However, my daughter insists the drink was indeed given to my underage son. I am concerned about the potential cover-up and the lack of accountability. Given recent tragedies involving alcohol in our community, including underage fatalities, I expect Chili's to handle this matter seriously and responsibly. Thank you for addressing this promptly.
