we went there this evening for dinner with our four year old granddaughter. We ordered bacon burgers*fries. Both burgers came out almost raw and were returned to the kitchen for well done as asked for. Bacon also almost raw. By the Time our new food arrived, my little granddaughter had finished her meal. When i logged into get my bill, it said **.**!!!!! they charged us for four burgers instead of two. We asked to speak to the manager, instead the server (DAWN) said "we had to remake your burgers. acting like it was our fault... THey took off the twenty dollar charge for the other two burgers, and thats it. No apologies, acting like it was our fault, server was extremely rude by the time we left. Not coming again, and i was coming alot, we drove an hour one way to visit Chilis for dinner, next time i will eat at my local restaurants. Very disconcerting that a manager didnt comp some part of our dinner, making us wait an extra ** minutes for new food because of their kitchens rushing. THen when i went to pay the bill it suggested a **.** tip???? TIP for what, a rude server? no tip, first time in my life i didnt leave any tip. Your servers should be taught to be nice and not so rude when something goes wrong. Not like she was. SHe should have been apologetic, instead, was annoyed. I should have demanded to speak to the manager.. i did ask, and she said she could take care of it. bad move on my part. If this is the way people are treated, Im dining elsewhere. Also i tried to log in to get my chili reward for the soda and it said i have to come at least every ** days, and i was, last time was there was about * weeks ago. SO i guess thats also a big scam.
