Very satisfied with how the issue was handled ... I received my package today .*outside of the package was taped up.*Some of the clothes inside was destroyed.*I took pictures of the outside of the package and the things that are in the inside of the package. There were five items in the package two items are good. I have photos if you have an email where I can send you these photos I can also be reached at ***-***-****
This was frustrating because my grandbaby was looking forward to these items and when we opened on she was so disappointed.
I want the damaged items replaced. Please send me a free postage envelope so I can send you all items back at your expense.
I've been a customer for many years I buy all my grandkids clothes from your store and my great-grandkids to. I also have a credit card from your store
VERY satisfied of how the issue was handled.
