Hello, I placed online order * ********* with Children's place on *******. This was my first online order with my new Children's place credit card so it qualified for a **% discount (using web code: Y*****WCEWQ**o by *******), however I entered the last "o" as a "*" when placing the order and it didn't take the code and gave an error message stating, "coupon must accompany credit card" or something like that. Not realizing it was a typo causing the issue I figured it must be something that would be resolved on the next screen after pressing enter similar to Amazon.com. However, by pressing "enter" the order was placed and a message pops up stating it can't be modified or canceled.*I tried calling their phone number (*-***-***-****) but was greeted by an automated message no matter which option I picked stating they were busy due to high call volume and to try my call later. Then the call was terminated by their machine! This happened the next day and the next and so on.*I have sent * emails to them as well, all of which they have ignored.*I have since received the delivery of all that was ordered but I do still want the **% discount which amounts to $** on the original $*** order.**I'm at my wits end trying to reach these people and don't understand how they can run a business this way, simply refusing to take phone calls and ignoring customer emails?**If I don't get a satisfactory response soon I will simply return everything to their bricks and mortar store and go elsewhere.**I appreciate anything you can do in assisting me contacting this company.**Thanks and regards,*Chris

The children’s place customer service person finally got around to answering my original email. She didn’t resolve the issue & won’t resolve it. My recommendation is to avoid childrensplace.com as they lack effective customer service, leading to extreme frustration in the event something goes wrong.
