I paid my account a couple of hours after the stated *pm deadline. I have been charged with a @**.** late fee. Is there anyway I can have that late fee taken off of my account? The automated voice person I communicated with to pay the bill stated that the payment was made on the due date and did not say I was late at all and would have a late fee. Thank you for any help.
