Returned an aqua crochet jacket and matching tank. They were too big for me.. I have not received an email that they arrived and nothing has been credited to my account.. Other stores send email within a few days. I am a frequent buyer and do not expect to be treated like this. I would like to receive a notice on the status of the returned order.
I trust that Chico's will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
